The lead up to Summernats 2014 was as exciting as ever with so many Proflo cars heading down this year, including Blake Fardell's Galaxy Grey XY Ford Falcon 'BIG QBS' which was ready for its first public appearance when unveiled by Meguiar's.
The Proflo boys all headed down to Canberra on Thursday to set up and cover up the XY before the rest of the Top 60 hall moved in. The Meguiar's Great Uncover was held on Friday night and the crowd was not disappointed when the XY was revealed... Tristan Ockers won Best Comp Tuff with his 1971 Ford Capri 'MINCER', and was also a finalist in the Vibrance PPG Supreme Awards.

Sam Caruana won 3rd Place in Best Street Tuff with his 1968 Chevy Camaro Coupe 'FAT 68C'.
John Spinks with his 1976 Holden Torana Hatchback in the Elite hall won Outstanding Engineered Pro Touring, Top Pro Touring and a spot in the Top 20.
Allan El-Bayeh won several Street awards including 1st in Top Interior, Top Special Effects Paint, Top Body Work, Top Tudor, and Top Judged Street with his Holden Torana Coupe.

Proflo's own Paul Sant was also a recipient of an award in the Elite Hall - Master Craftsman 'The John Taverna Memorial Award'.
